What is it?
Massage therapy is the practice of using pressure, tension. motion, or vibration on the body's muscles, tendons, ligiments, and lymphatic areas fo medicinal purposes.
Through increased blood and lymph fluid circulation and the reduction of stress, massage therapy can increase the efficiency of the immune system. It can also reduce blood pressure, relax muscles, improves range of motion and increase endorphins (the body's natural pain killer), enhancing one's medical treatment and recovery.
