Cranston RI Chiropractor Stephen M. Estner Pleased to Offer Mobile Access to Website
January, 2012 – Cranston RI – RI chiropractor Stephen M. Estner has upgraded his website to provide access to all mobile web users. The upgrade will allow users of mobile devices being used to search the web, to safely and effectively access information contained on the Estner Chiropractic website from devices such as iPhone, iPad, tablets, laptops, netbooks, Kindles, and any other mobile device, regardless of the screen size.
Estner Chiropractic has offices located throughout Rhode Island. Having mobile access to the website will allow patients who are on the road, or using mobile devices to access the web, to enjoy the benefits and information contained on the site, as well as schedule appointments easily from their phone while away from their home computer.
Dr. Estner said, “We are very excited by the advantages mobile access will provide to our clients. With the estimates for mobile use expected to go over 50% after the holidays, we wanted to provide our patients with the best possible access to our services, no matter where they are using the Internet.”
The upgraded website is available now for use on all mobile systems.
Cranston RI Chiropractor Stephen M. Estner Blanket Drive in 2011-2012
November, 2011 – Cranston RI – RI chiropractor Stephen M. Estner has once again organized a blanket drive to benefit Amos House in RI. The blanket drive will run from November 1, 2011 to March 31, 2012.
Estner Chiropractic offices throughout Rhode Island have a particular interest in the needs and welfare of the communities they serve. When asked to comment on his involvement in the drive, Dr. Estner said, “Last year was a great success. We are confident this year’s drive will be more successful. We are using social media strongly to get our message out to the community. Anyone can help out and make a difference with a simple blanket donation.”
Donated blankets should be new in their packaging and can be dropped off at any Estner Chiropractic locations in Providence, Pawtucket, or Cranston, during normal business hours. All proceeds from this blanket drive will be donated to Amos House in Providence, RI.

Estner Chiropractic Centers Offers "Free Ride" for Car Accident Patients
October 2011 – Cranston RI – RI chiropractor Stephen M. Estner is happy to announce that the office is now offering free rides to and from therapy appointment for car accident patients at RI Estner Chiropractic locations.
Estner Chiropractic now provides a local client pick-up service to all of his patients who are unable to make it to the office on their own. The ride service is provided free of charge to all patients in need via the 'Cure Cube', Estner Chiropractic's own vehicle driven by local driver Jose Valdera.
Dr. Estner commented about his involvement with the Cure Cube pick-up service by stating, “We are dedicated to helping our clientele. A great deal of our personal injury clients have lost their vehicles in car accidents and have no transportation to and from appointments. By providing this service we eliminate their concern with getting transportation to rehabilitation appointments for their injuries, in addition to the many other issues that need their attention at this time in their lives.”

RI Chiropractors Michael A. Pezza and Stephen M. Estner Offer Spinal Screenings
March 2011 – Cranston RI – RI chiropractors Michael A. Pezza and Stephen M. Estner will be on hand at the Cranston RI YMCA on Saturday, April 16, 2011 from 12 to 4PM to offer spinal screenings for children ages 4 on up to adults. This will be a great opportunity to have your spine checked using the S.A.M. machine (spinal analysis machine). The emphasis for adults will be concentration on posture and proper spinal alignment and for children, screening for scoliosis.
Dr. Estner commented about his involvement in the YMCA sponsored Healthy Kids Day program, saying, " Estner chiropractic Centers remain committed to the surrounding communities. Our team of doctors and medical assistants are proud to offer free spinal analysis to children and adults during this event. We have helped thousands of people over our 14 years in practice to reduce and eliminate back pain and help to correct posture. The YMCA of Greater Providence is sponsoring the event which will include free health related activities, as well as various entertainment. Cranston RI Chiropractor and CES Chiropractor Stephen M. Estner Attending "Cage of Pain" Event
March 2011 – Lincoln RI – RI chiropractor Stephen M. Estner will attend the CES MMA Event "Cage of Pain" to be held on April 8, 2011 at Twin River Casino Event Center in Lincoln, Rhode Island as chiropractor at ringside. Dr. Estner is the official Team Chiropractor for CES Boxing and MMA.
The main event will feature Mike "The Beast" Campbell from Providence, RI, who holds a 9-3 record including 6 knock-outs and 1 submission. The event will also co-feature Todd "The Hulk" Chattelle of Pawtucket, RI, with a record of 7-6, including 3 knock-outs and 2 submissions, who will fight Jeff "Scary Nickname" Nader of Plymouth, MA, with a record of 4-3, including 3 knock-outs.

Cranston RI Chiropractor Stephen M. Estner Joins Massachusetts Chiropractic Society, Inc.
January 2011 – Cranston RI – RI chiropractor Stephen M. Estner has joined the Massachusetts Chiropractic Society , a non-profit organization acting as a liasson between the chiropractic profession in Massachusetts and doctors and patients in need of chiropractic services in the area. It is the only statewide service of its kind in Massachusetts, and offers an opportunity to uphold the standards of the chiropractic profession through education and competency requirements.
Dr. Estner said, “ I love that this program is bringing patients and chiropractors together so easily. I am happy to be a part of the Massachusetts Chiropractic Society.”

RI Chiropractor Stephen M. Estner Welcomes Dr Michael A Pezza
Dr. Stephen Estner is happy to announce that in conjunction with the grand opening of his new office location at 500 Broad Street, Suite 5A, Providence, RI 02907, he welcomes Dr. Michael A. Pezza to his practice. Dr. Pezza is an evidence-based practitioner who utilizes conservative treatments in conjunction with rehabilitative exercises to restore health and functionality to those patients suffering from both chronic pain conditions and acute traumatic events.
He is a lifelong resident of Rhode Island and a graduate of Bishop Hendricken High School. He then matriculated Providence College where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in the field of Biology. In the fall of 2005, Dr. Pezza began his studies at the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Upon receiving his doctorate he began practicing in his local community of Cranston, RI. He has since become a member of Estner Chiropractic Centers and has extended his care into several communities.
Dr. Pezza is certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, and licensed by the State of Rhode Island. He has experience in treating neuro-muscular and skeletal disorders as well as the pain syndromes associated with various autoimmune diseases such as Parkinson’s disease and Multiple Sclerosis. He has been involved in various athletic sports and outdoor activities and has always shown an interest in sports medicine and rehabilitation. He has worked with many collegiate athletes and treated a wide variety of athletic injuries during his time as an intern at the University of Bridgeport Health Clinic. Dr. Pezza has been a volunteer with the R.I. Special Olympics and a coach for the Bishop Hendricken Volleyball team and Johnston Recreation Soccer teams.

January 13, 2011 -- January, 2011 – Cranston RI – RI chiropractor Stephen M. Estner has joined with the Pawtucket RI YMCA to promote and organize a blanket drive to benefit Amos House in RI. The blanket drive will run from October 1, 2010 to February 28, 2011.
Dr. Estner commented on his involvement in the drive by saying, “We are happy to be able to help everyone throughout the year in any way we can. This is a particularly unique opportunity to reach a large amount of local people who are in need of aid, with a relatively small amount of effort, especially at this time of the year. Anyone can help out and make a difference with a simple blanket donation.”

Cranston RI Chiropractor Stephen M. Estner Offers Solaris 705 Treatments
Dr. Stephen M. Estner is currently using the Solaris Light Therapy treatment system for the benefit of his chiropractic patients in Rhode Island. The Solaris 700 Series Light Therapy devices are the only available ultrasound devices that currently offer 3 frequency ultrasound. Dr. Stephen Estner now provides a local taxi service to all of his patients who are unable to make it to the office on their own. The taxi service is provided free of charge to all patients in need and is currently provided through Gonzalez Cab in Providence RI.
Dr. Estner commented about his involvement with the taxi service by stating, “In addition to the simple needs of some of our patients with regard to maintaining a vehicle, a great deal of our personal injury clients have lost their vehicles in car accidents and have no transportation to and from appointments. Our providing this service, eliminates their need to have to be concerned with rehabilitation appointments for their injuries, in addition to the many other issues that need their attention at this time in their lives.”

Cranston RI Chiropractor Stephen M. Estner Named as Liaison to American Chiropractic Association’s Local Liaison Program
September, 2010 – Cranston RI – RI chiropractor Stephen M. Estner was recently named as a local liaison for the American Chiropractic Association. The Association currently has 21 states participating as members, and recently added Alaska, California, Florida, Georgia, Minnesota, Mississippi, New York, Ohio and the US Virgin Islands to the program roster.
The focus of the ACA is to provide a support system to assist and collaborate within each state regarding insurance-related issues. An ACA appointed Doctor of Chiropractic Liaison member works with ACA staff and State leadership and organizations to address any specific challenges.
Dr. Estner said of his appointment to the Rhode Island ACA Liaison position, “It is an honor and privilege to represent the Chiropractors of the State of RI as the appointed member DC working as liaison to the American Chiropractic Association staff. This position is intended to maintain an open dialogue between RI insurance companies and the ACA. As chiropractors, we face many challenges on a daily basis with regard to the always evolving insurance and healthcare industry. Many of the issues and concerns are state specific. Therefore, by collaborating on an ongoing basis we stand the best chance to succeed in our practices and the profession as a whole.”
The ACA will take the information gathered through this liaison program and work with appointed liaisons and member states to produce state-specific handbooks that will outline the process for handling insurance laws and appeals processes within their particular state.
Cranston RI Chiropractor Stephen M. Estner to Sponsor LAA Golf Tournament
August 21, 2010 – Cranston RI – Cranston RI chiropractor Stephen M. Estner has agreed to be a sponsor for the Law Alumni Association’s 11th Annual Golf Tournament at the Cranston Country Club in Cranston RI. The tournament is held annually with this year’s proceeds benefitting the Roger Williams University Law Alumni Association Scholarship Fund.
When asked to comment on his involvement in the tournament, Dr. Estner replied, “As the only law school in Rhode Island, I am proud to support Roger Williams University Law School Alumni Association. Many of the attorneys who represent my patients for injuries and other legal matters are graduates. According to their website ‘Programs such as the Pro Bono Collaborative mobilizes Rhode Island law firms, law students and community organizations to provide desperately needed legal assistance for the underserved residents of the state. The unique program includes 10 major law firms, over 20 community-based organizations and several dozen law students.’ It this and many other programs that need the financial support through fundraisers such as the golf tournament on August 21, 2010.”
The LAA’s 11th Annual Golf Tournament will be held on Saturday August 21, 2010 starting at 7:00 AM and will continue with lunch, a raffle, and a silent auction and prizes immediately following the tournament play.
Cranston Chiropractor Stephen M. Estner Teams With RI Free Clinic
July, 2010 – Cranston, RI – In July 2010, Cranston Chiropractor Stephen M. Estner became one of the first chiropractors in Rhode Island to team-up with the Rhode Island Free Clinic as a participating provider in their free medical services program for qualifying RI residents.
The program matches patients across the state with a network of primary care and specialist providers who have registered to donate their time and effort toward treatment, free of charge.
Dr. Estner commented on his involvement by saying, “It is an amazing opportunity to really effect change within my home state and see people from my community who might otherwise not be able to afford my services.”
In 2009, the RI Free Clinic was responsible for seeing over 4000 uninsured patients, offering both primary care and diagnostic services, as well as free pharmacy services, to patients who would not have been treated otherwise. Almost half of these patients are employed in jobs that do not offer health insurance. This network not only helps those in need, but provides a valuable resource for medical education as well.

Dr. Stephen M. Estner Welcomes Gaffney Physical Therapy
May 27, 2010 - Providence, RI - On June 1, 2010, Gaffney Physical Therapy, and Dr. Alisa Webber-Gaffney and staff, will be partnering with Dr. Stephen M. Estner in his Pawtucket practice location at 7 George Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island.
The partnership will bring Dr. Webber-Gaffney’s expertise in the areas of pediatrics and the treatment of injuries to extremities as well. Gaffney Physical Therapy is currently located in Cranston, RI and offers evaluation and treatment of pediatric and adult patients for occupational and physical therapy, as well as one on one or group personal training.
Gaffney Physical Therapy will continue to maintain its own office in Cranston, while utilizing the space in the Pawtucket office of Dr. Estner as a second location. Dr. Estner and Dr. Webber-Gaffney have been working together on a referral basis for over a year, and will continue to do so.

Dr. Stephen M. Estner named as CES Boxing Chiropractor
May 4, 2010 - Providence, RI - On April 30, 2010, Dr. Stephen M. Estner was chosen as the CES boxing chiropractor. Dr. Estner has a long standing relationship with the CES and has been a practicing chiropractor for over 13 years with two practices of his own located in Cranston and Pawtucket, Rhode Island.
The decision to appoint Dr. Estner as the organization’s chiropractor was unanimous and involves Dr. Estner sitting ringside for every match in the event of injury to one of the boxers. Dr. Estner graduated from the Life University School of Chiropractic in Marietta, Georgia in 1997. Upon graduating, he immediately worked with Dr. Pesa in New York. After his marriage in 1998, he moved to Arizona where Dr. Estner and his partner opened practices in Scottsdale and Phoenix.
“It is an honor for me and an exciting time for chiropractic medicine, to be appointed to this position in a sports medicine capacity," Dr. Estner stated.
The appointment was effective on April 30, 2010 and Dr. Estner is presently the only chiropractor who has been invited to fill this position.
